PM Hive would love to host a hands-on workshop at this year's ProductCamp: "From Problem to Prototype with AI."

The premise is simple. Attendees walk in with a problem statement and walk out with a working prototype. In 60-90 minutes, participants will move through four stages using AI tools at every step:

1. Crazy 8 Discovery Brainstorming to get 8 cool use cases
2. Draft a PRD/Product Brief from a defined problem
3. Build a prototype/design with AI tools
4. Ship. Actually deploy and host something live

The key differentiator: We're focused on AI as a product decision-making partner - helping PMs learn the most realistic AI use cases they'll need to prototype 0 to 1, beginning with a Google Sprint Crazy 8 Brainstorm framework, to a PRD with AI, to prototyping, to deploying, all within 90 minutes. We'll start with discovery work after the problem is established, which is where most PMs actually spend their time.

We'd structure it as a guided, hands-on build session with short demos between stages. Attendees leave with both a tangible artifact and a repeatable workflow they can bring back to their teams.
