As a parent and a product manager, I’ve found that the lessons from each role often apply to the other in surprising ways. In this talk, I’ll share how the frameworks we use to build great products can also help us manage the chaos of parenting—and vice versa. Whether it’s handling shifting priorities, leading with empathy, or embracing iterative learning, there’s a lot we can take from both worlds to be more effective and fulfilled in each.
