Permaculture, derived from “permanent agriculture,” is an approach to land management that adopts patterns observed in flourishing natural ecosystems.

In this session we’ll look at how we can connect permaculture with the products we deliver. Permaculture provides ethics and principles that can be applied to design systems including farms, settlements, and our communities. Participants will build an understanding of these ethics and principles and learn how they can be applied to digital products, leading to sustainable, accessible and inclusive digital experiences.
