My organization forgot to hire the agile coach 😮
This session would dig into the tricky realities of being a PM without an agile coach to balance you out.
In almost all agile teachings a stand alone role that is dedicated to fostering continuous team improvement is espoused (e.g. the Scrum Master). However, in most of the realities I have lived in, either due to company resource constraints or agile maturity, roles like the agile coach are often the last ones to be staffed… if at all.
If other Product Managers share this reality (i.e. this topic gets some vote love) I would be happy to put together a short talk on my experience juggling these hats and facilitate a short workshop to collectively learn from one another.
Also, if there is anything that really peaks your interest about this topic drop it in the comments below so I can consider it during workshop/presentation planning.

Just a heads up to who ever is collating the results. Given the votes this has garnered I am no longer planning to put together a presentation or exercise. It would appear clear that this is not a top desired topic for the day.
